Isaiah The Lord is my good Shepherd. He provides for all of my needs. As I continue to think about my views on using positive affirmations in my life, I acknowledge there are benefits of positive thinking. I attribute my demeanor shift to the fact that I am not trying to obtain success by my own abilities but through God's. Attempting to make things happen based on positive affirmations and my own sheer willpower, will only get me so far.

This was the sole criteria for the results. There is no personal bias in these results whatsoever. Have you ever asked yourself that question — why am I a Christian? They commented on what a nice studio I have and then asked if I play in any bands.

I scrambled for things to say. I told him how I play in a jazz duo and wanted to add that I do so every week, just to make myself sound more legitimate. I also mentioned that I do a lot of solo stuff and studio work. I told him that I had been working that day on recording some meditation music for an affirmation video I was creating. That affirmation video I was creating? If you missed the first video, be sure to check out my previous post on Psalm here. I think these short videos will be great for brief meditation breaks that will help center your mind, soul and spirit and God and the scriptures.
